Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill: Stage 1 - Delegated Powers

The Member gave examples of persons or bodies which Scottish Ministers might want to prescribe but explained that, as the picture will not become clear until Scottish Ministers start exercising their functions under the Act, this delegated power is required to give them the flexibility to respond appropriately to new developments.
