Act 2020 31 Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill Schedule 2—Repeals and minor modifications Part 2—Consequential and minor modifications P ART 2 C ONSEQUENTIAL AND MINOR MODIFICATIONS 1 (1) The Agricultural Wages (Scotland) Act 1949 is modified by sub-paragraph (2). (2) For section 13, substitute— 5 “13 Annual Reports (1) The Board must, before such date as the Scottish Ministers may direct, prepare and send to the Scottish Ministers a report of the Board’s proceedings under this Act during the preceding year. (2) The Scottish Ministers must prepare a report on the Scottish Ministers’ 10 proceedings under this Act during that year. 1 (3) As soon as reasonably practicable after the Scottish Ministers have prepared the report, under subsection (2), the Scottish Ministers must lay a copy of that report, and the report sent to them under subsection (1), before the Scottish Parliament.”. 15 2 The Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (1) is modified by sub-paragraph (2). (2) In section 5(4), for “eighty of the Agriculture Act, 1947” substitute “18 of the Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) Scotland Act 2020”.
