Somehow, I do not think that the motion was forged by Comrades McLetchie and Davidson at the revolutionary command council of the Tory party. Rather, I suspect that the motion represents more than a spot of opportunism—cynically playing games with the most serious of issues.The Tories do not share the genuine concerns of our communities.
