Section 6 requires South of Scotland Enterprise to have, and keep up to date, an action plan setting out what it proposes to do to achieve its aims (which are set out in section 5).
The DPLR Committee, however, noted that it would have been helpful if the accompanying documents had confirmed the intended date for laying the finalised national Good Food Plan given that this instrument depends on the plan being in force to operate as intended.
However, the admissibility criteria in the 2002 Act require a complaint to be made “within one year from the date when the complainer could reasonably have become aware of the conduct complained about.”
The purpose of the instrument is to extend the date by which all teachers in independent schools (recruited before 01 October 2017) must register with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (“GTCS”).
This inquiry will continue into the next parliamentary year with stakeholder engagement workshops scheduled to discuss experiences of EU funding to date and how any future replacement of funding should be approached.
The Coronavirus (Scotland) Acts (Amendment of Expiry Dates) Regulations 2021 were also laid in draft at the same time to provide for the extension of the Acts to this date.
