Response from Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice Update on parental employment inquiry 23 Febrau

Building on this action, we are funding Scotland’s first Flexible Working Summit to showcase employers who successfully adopted flexible working in sectors where flexibility is harder to embed. Taking place on 25 March, this will open opportunities for mothers especially in industries where they have been typically underrepresented.
