To ask the Scottish Executive how many Brix notes have been considered by Scottish ministers to be exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, broken down by month since March 2006. The Scottish Executive’s Freedomof Information Unit have been notified of the following requests for Brix notesin each month since March 2006 for which a refusal notice has been issuedbecause an exemption under the act applies.
