That is what farmers are tackling. I do not have the 2022 figures but, in the dairy sector in 2018, only something like 60 per cent of dairy farms were profitable.
It is therefore essential that we support strategic companies but that there is a structured way to do that. The banks obviously have a role to play in that as well.

From day 1, we should aim at a decision-making process that people can understand—so that we do not need banks of lawyers in the process—and to which laypeople can make a significant contribution.
I am a little confused about how a new planting target of an average of 10,000 hectares per year, with 100,000 hectares by 2022, can be deemed as extra action, given that the intention in RPP1 was to plant up to 15,000 hectares a year.
