The scheme is still in planning stages.There are currently no operational onshore wind farms with a lease from Crown Estate Scotland. Also, Crown Estate Scotland does not manage any onshore leases for hydropower projects.
However, because of our experience in the oil and gas sector, Scotland can and should be ahead in decommissioning and it is vital that we try and get the opportunities for that work.
I recognise that some patients are experiencing long waits, and that is why I have made £50 million available to NHS Scotland. I expect to see improvements between now and the end of March.
Does the minister agree that the likely incoming Labour Government should commit to reversing those cuts to Scotland’s budget to enable grant and loan schemes such as this one to flourish?
