To ask the Scottish Government how long the process for a family to adopt a child in Scotland should normally take. There are no prescribed timescales within regulations in Scotland for the adoption process to be completed.
There is the role of Historic Environment Scotland. The building is more than an art school; it is a building of significance to the whole of Scotland.
In response to these criticisms, Liam McArthur stressed that, under the terms of the Bill, only those with a terminal illness would be deemed eligible for assisted dying.
The CCC has used this opportunity to recommend further steps, beyond those it had set out in its initial advice, to stabilise Scotland’s statutory target framework for future data revisions.
