There is a point in the paper about the possibility of additional committee meetings, although I do not think that 1 March is a runner because of the Brussels trip.
It looks as though a seminar cannot be timed to proceed before the end of February or the beginning of March. It takes time to set up such events, to decide who we want to be there, and to issue the invitations and all the rest of it.
