The Glasgow School of Art Mackintosh Building: The loss of a national treasure - Fire Safety during the Mackintosh Building Restoration Project
I suggest that it is worth the committee looking at changes to requirements in fire safety assessments during the construction period to take into account fire asset safety and fire spread through the building.

Scottish Crown Estate Bill as amended at Stage 2
This would reflect the provision in section 40(1A) that regulations under section 3(1) which transfer the management of assets, if they so relate to that area or zone, are subject to the affirmative procedure. This takes into account the significance of these marine assets.
