Dog Theft (Scotland) Bill: Consideration prior to Stage 3
She noted the complexity of providing a definition and stated that the Scottish Government have commissioned the Responsible Dog Ownership Expert Advisory Group to "consider what further types of helper dogs could be added to the aggravation and, crucially, how best to define them".
