The review was undertaken during March. I cannot give an exact date for when the review was initiated, but the formal report was not concluded until April.
The situation is therefore serious, and if the fleet is allowed to bank some of this year’s quota for next year, it will help to alleviate some of the pressure.
Part 1 - Criminal Justice Modernisation
