Greyhound Racing (Offences) (Scotland) Bill

It also states that "The Member in charge wishes to ensure that the welfare and wellbeing of greyhounds are prioritised in any circumstances where such orders are made, and that a greyhound’s life would only be ended if in the greyhound’s best interests.
