I can, however, confirm that the interim chief executive officer of Ferguson Marine provided his most recent update on MV Glen Sannox in a letter to the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee on 31 May 2024, in which he states that the yard is working “to achieve the handover date of 31st July 2024.” The phrase “breakdown in trust” is interesting.
