The 2022/23 and 2023/24 audits of the Water Industry Commission for Scotland - Settlement agreement
The AGS confirmed that the required steps were taken, and the financial settlement was approved by the Director-General Net Zero on 11 March 2024, with the payment made to the former Chief Executive on 27 March 2024.
