The Committee agrees that delegated powers to establish a CPD scheme should be part of the Bill. A well-designed and co-ordinated CPD scheme, tailored around supporting the sector to meet Scotland’s nature and climate targets, would be an important and useful component of Scotland’s future agriculture policy.
