Regulation 2 of this instrument provides that, despite the expiry of paragraph 11 on 30 September 2021, evidence of a hearsay statement which has been introduced in court proceedings before that date shall remain admissible for the purposes of those proceedings.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we delayed our scrutiny of social care to a later date. We aim to publish summaries of the submissions received in our call for views by spring/summer 2020.
