We have spoken about the specificities, and the need to name and specify that type of behaviour. If we talk about perceived or established good behaviour, we are moving into a normative framework, which can be confusing.
In the meantime, however, my constituents and I would be grateful if the First Minister and colleagues could quickly consider how the Scottish Government can take more action to secure the land to reduce risk, criminality and antisocial behaviour in the area. I understand the concerns that Mr Macpherson raises on behalf of his constituents.

We should come together to make it clear that harassment or abuse of any form, whether in the workplace, in schools, in the home or in society generally, is completely reprehensible and unacceptable. It is the conduct and behaviour of perpetrators that need to change if we are to end the culture of harassment and abuse.
