To ask the Scottish Government whether the change in scheduling of routine invitations for cervical screening from three years to five years applies to women who had their last appointment prior the change to the system in 2020. Following the implementation of high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) primary screening in March 2020, the screening interval for all participants where HPV is not found in their sample will be five years.

This would require a maximum of 2 meetings x 2 hours per 18 This document relates to the Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill (SP Bill 83) as introduced in the Scottish Parliament on 30 September 2020 year for each young person = 4 hours, with an additional 1 hour per meeting for preparation (= 2 hours) and a further 1 hour per meeting for follow up action (= 2 hours), amounting to a total of 8 hours per transitions plan per year.
