(Children and young people affected by domestic abuse) • I worked for a local authority when previous integration came in – what it did was change the labels, but it didn’t pool budgets. 5 • It was a post-code lottery – where people were genuinely wanting to work towards integration it helped, but for others it was tokenistic.
