The Equality and Human Rights Commission is the independent specialist body tasked to promoting and upholding equality and human rights ideals and laws across Scotland, England and Wales.
While no single body will be responsible for monitoring the de-listed species, NatureScot, SEPA, Scottish Forestry, Forestry and Land Scotland and Scotland’s eNGOs have a good awareness of what is happening on the ground in Scotland in relation to INNS.
