In England and Wales, the breathing space moratorium stops somebody raising a court action, freezes interest and charges, stops cars being repossessed, stops evictions and repossessions, stops pre-payment meters being forcibly installed—which is a reserved matter for the UK Parliament—and stops arrears for electricity and gas bills being deducted from a pre-payment meter.
