Update to the Climate Change Plan - Key Sectors - Outcome One
New policies in relation to this include publishing a revised Energy Strategy, and a Hydrogen Policy Statement followed by an Action Plan in 2021. The key 2030 target of 50% of all energy consumption (electricity, heat and transport) being from renewables is maintained.
