The committee has its clerks, who look at certain issues for members to the best of their ability. We have Scottish Government ministers and Scottish civil servants who do the same.
Will you tell us about the code of practice and the implementation group’s approach to considering best practice to address that issue? I ask that members restrict their questions to the regulations.

The volunteers on the ground whom we work with on a daily basis want moneys to be used in the best way possible. They are not really interested in who delivers that.

An authority might have a problem and feel that its inclusion is not in its best interests.It seems clear that each local authority should be given equal weighting, and I would like to get confirmation on the record that that is the case.
