Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Bill Stage 1 Report - Independent Advisory Group on the use of biometric data in Scotland

They included the creation of an independent Scottish Biometrics Commissioner and an ethics advisory group, and the introduction of a statutory code of practice. The Scottish Government accepted all of the recommendations.
