SNH and the Forestry Commission are looking to do something about it, a number of the health boards are keyed in to the issue, community care issues are involved, and local government has a strong role to play. It is very difficult to get a grip on something such as that and get all relevant activity going in the right direction at the same time across all the different areas with all the variables that might be involved.
