Even during the short time that we have been considering the Climate Change (Scotland) Bill, the outlook on climate change has worsened.About 2,000 international scientists met in Copenhagen in March and confirmed the overwhelming evidence that humans are causing global warming and that climate change is happening faster than was previously predicted.
