To ask the Scottish Executive whether the Water Industry Commissioner for Scotland will examine and report on the implications for Scottish Water's tariff structure of the Court of Session decision in the case of Scottish Water v Clydecare Ltd. The Water Industry Commissioner has no plans to do so.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a progress report on the work of the Voluntary Issues Review Group. The Part V Voluntary Issues Review Group which is chaired by Jackie Baillie has almost completed its task and I expect it to report by the end of the calendar year on the outcome of the its deliberations.
