Listening to the discussion, I can think of at least four other consultation processes in my department that are going on at present. It is for any individual, any MSP and any committee to comment on them at any time.

The committee has been given a copy of the monitoring committees' remit, and has almost certainly heard me say that the committees should have a much more strategic role in the next programme.Although the monitoring committees in Scotland have performed an excellent role in the European structural fund programmes over the years, it is right that we should develop the committees' strategic role because of changes in the regulations, the new circumstances in which we as MSPs...

I believe that that was correct.From my experience and from what I have heard from other MSPs, I know that landlords have used the link on a number of occasions and have done so responsibly.
