Delegated powers in the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Bill (as amended at Stage 2)
In response to those queries the Scottish Government undertook to amend the Bill at Stage 2.
The Bill completed Stage 2 on 12 March 2024. The amendments give effect to all of the Scottish Government's undertakings.
