Non-statutory protections against eviction are afforded to owners of caravans on holiday sites which are members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association or the National Caravan Council.
Quite honestly, at this point in time the banks are not playing. The Government needs to find a way to help with finance or put a guarantee behind investment to give the banks a little bit more comfort.
Surely the most significant factors will be demand and the ability of banks to lend to prospective buyers. Costs will be higher, but so will the respective selling prices.
Companies are supported by the business rates relief package, the Scottish Investment Bank and the Scottish loan fund aimed at supporting companies to export.

The Scottish Government has not had ministerial discussions or made any representations on behalf of Scottish business in respect of the withdrawal of the exemption for National Insurance contribution-free holiday pay for the construction industry.
Low wages that force families to go to food banks have to be eliminated. Hungry children should be prioritised over bonuses and tax breaks for wealthy individuals.
