To ask the Scottish Executive how many ongoing cases are there in which NHS boards have refused holiday leave as an addition to maternity or paternity leave, broken down by NHS board.
I have advised the member and the chamber that I have been able to pass on the guarantees that I have received from the UK Government, but there is absolutely no clarity in what happens after that date. That issue must be pursued with the UK Government.
She might not be aware that the velodrome is banked at 45 degrees, which means that it has a minimum speed and that, if a cyclist does not meet that speed, they will fall off.
