To ask the Scottish Government what progress it has made with the Scottish business development bank. The First Minister announced on 26 November 2014 that we will establish a business development bank.
It will be no surprise to Murdo Fraser that one such village is Killin, in my constituency. Situated on the banks of Loch Tay, Killin is a small village that is nestled in the shadow of the Tarmachan ridge and Ben Lawers.
In written evidence to the Committee dated 21 November the Association of Deer Management Groups states–
“… SNH already has statutory powers of intervention dating back to the 1996 Deer (Scotland) Act, further supplemented this year in the Land Reform (Scotland) Act, which it has yet to use?

All that is happening as energy companies announce record profits, which I find absolutely obscene. The use of food banks across the UK continues to grow.
