Does he agree that such breaches must be dealt with quickly and effectively by the courts and other agencies if ASBOs and the other approaches that he has mentioned are to command public confidence? We need to be careful when discussing breaches because in some cases there are multiple breaches and we do not know how many people are directly involved.
