To ask the Scottish Executive whether the lack of explicit structures in public policy to consider independent living for disabled people is hampering efforts by it, NHS boards and local authorities to implement the ideal of independent living.
People see gangsters who have not worked an honest day in their lives driving about in fancy cars, living in large houses, parading about in designer clothes and draped in gold jewellery, with their designer dogs at hand, seeming to snub the police.
To return to Murdo MacDonald’s point, we are not trying to despoil the local community. We live there and I really cannot quite understand how someone who lives 60 miles away is concerned about the visual impact of turbines in the Fraserburgh community.
