(S5O-03797) When the Scottish child payment was first announced, we were clear that, although the payment would be fully introduced by the end of 2022, early, stand-alone payments would be made for children under six.
We will lay one short amending instrument to take into account a date that was incorrect in the negative instrument—the Community Right to Buy (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
The amendment is intended to come into force by 22 September 2015 as this is the commencement date of the instrument. Does the committee agree to draw this instrument to the attention of the Parliament as it contains a couple of minor drafting errors?

Although it is possible for NHS National Services Scotland to provide information about practices that have an ‘end date’, they would include mergers, takeovers and splits, so the figures would not reflect real closures.
