Legislative consent memorandum
The legislative consent memorandum (LCM) was lodged on 12 December 2022.
The LCM states the substantive provisions of the Bill do not relate to Scotland or the Scottish Parliament’s legislative competence.
Consequently, the Committee agreed to hold over consideration of whether to recommend legislative consent to the relevant provisions in the Bill to its meeting on 21 December 2022.
