I am conscious that the Public Audit Committee has asked me to consider what, if any, information from the previous due diligence reports carried out on the forecast costs that were provided in September 2022 could now be made available. I am looking at whether the passage of time has reduced the commercial sensitivity of those reports and will respond to the committee formally by the required date, but some of the content of those reports remains the intellectual property of the commercial advisers.
