To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5W-08134 by Aileen Campbell on 27 March 2017, for what reason (a) it has not answered the question that was asked and whether it will now do so and (b) a substantive reply to a letter from the member to the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport dated 19 April 2017 following up this matter has not yet been received, with only an acknowledgement sent on 11 May, and whether it considers that its responses to date are consistent with paragraph 1.2(d) of the Scottish Ministerial Code, which states that "Ministers should be as open as possible with the Parliament and the public, reflecting the aspirations set out in the Report of the Consultative Steering Group on the Scottish Parliament.
