The Official Controls Extension of Transitional Periods Amendment No2 Regulations 2021
These included amendments to regulations governing Official Controls, and Trade in Animals and Related Products, which required pre-notification, health certification and documentary checks on imports of EU Products of Animal Origin (“POAO”) and Animal By-Products (“ABP”) to be in force from 1 October 2021.
