Just while we are talking about Strathbrock, I will add that the partnership is also much more efficient for MSPs, who can get all their questions answered in one afternoon, as I found yesterday, as everybody whom I needed to see was in the same place.

For example, one has to decide whether people can buy cigarettes or alcohol at 16 or 18, just as one must decide whether the size of a small shop is more than 280m2 or the size of half a tennis court. Fortunately, MSPs have to decide such matters, not us.
