Scottish Prison Population (Catholics) (PE1073) PE1073, by Tom Minogue, calls on the Scottish Parliament to investigate and establish the reasons for the apparently disproportionate number of Catholics in Scottish prisons. I have done my best to avoid detection and getting caught by the police, but there we are.
