Drugs Courts (Scotland) Amendment Order 2013 (SSI 2013/302) The third instrument is the Drugs Courts (Scotland) Amendment Order 2013, which removes the requirement for a dedicated drugs court in the sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife.

PE1758: End greyhound racing In Scotland
Petition by Gill Docherty on behalf of Scotland Against Greyhound Exploitation calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to put an end to greyhound racing in Scotland.
Part of the reason for that is rent controls. Stage 2 of the Housing (Scotland) Bill is coming up, and the minister knows that I have lodged sensible amendments on exemptions to rent controls.
This announcement further demonstrates that Scotland's oil and gas industry has a bright future, for decades to come if the policy environment is optimised.
