Sometimes, 100 per cent of what we need to do to get compliance can be done over the phone; sometimes, if 10 per cent of the activity can be done at the site, it might make a big difference.

We have sector teams, industry leadership groups and the Scottish apprenticeship advisory board, which is influential in supporting employers to understand the range of activity that they can get involved in.
