The provisional liquidation of Chester Street Insurance Holdings was a door slamming in the face of asbestos victims.As usual, asbestos campaigners rose to the challenge. MPs and MSPs were contacted, the Daily Record got behind the campaign and we had a successful rally in Clydebank.

It is unfair to suggest that only a small number of individuals have been involved in the development of these proposals, as a wide range of MSPs and others have been involved.
