Covid-19 has refashioned how we live and work—perhaps permanently—and how we deliver public services in Scotland. It has also changed Audit Scotland’s role, and the budget proposal directly reflects that.
Motion moved, That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that the Children’s Legal Assistance (Miscellaneous Amendments and Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 be approved.
