Here we are, nine weeks later, and I still have not had a reply. If the SQA cannot even reply to MSPs' letters, is it any wonder that candidates, teachers, parents and some employers—for example, Scottish Widows—have little confidence in the SQA?

I would like to see a similar issues paper sent both to the party business managers as a basis for group discussion and to individual MSPs. The legal team may have concerns about some areas—for example, the problem that arose with Mike Watson's bill—and they may be conscious of issues of which we are not.

Will she please explain the information supplied by Fife Health Board at the briefing it held for MSPs in Fife last Friday? The board said that even given its early buying strategy for flu vaccine, if all of the Government's target group requested a flu jab, it would have enough supply to cover only 25 per cent of that group.
