The priorities from the panel are;
GP at heart of hub but with shared responsibility with other professionals for care and sign-posting – connection between the different professionals
More local and joined-up decision making
Better forward planning for workforce supply & demand, career development for NHS staff
Improved information sharing across all services
Greater use of patient records to plan future services.
Furthermore, the Scottish Government, COSLA, and other bodies aim to have a trauma-informed and trauma-responsible workforce across Scotland. This work has been supported by likes of the National Trauma Training Programme, which has been developed by NHS Education for Scotland.
Monies have been delivered to the trade specifically the ‘Taxi and Private Hire Driver Support Fund’ in January 2021 and ‘Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle Driver and Operator Support Fund’ in June 2021.
Is it just the in-year transfer flexibility that you referenced, or are you expecting some, but not all, of the currently ring-fenced funds to become flexible and go into the general grant?

Public authorities employ 20.7% of the workforce in Scotland. As publicly funded organisations, it's reasonable that we should expect these organisations to demonstrate the highest employment practice and standards.
As I said, we have baselined that into the funding for local government. You said that it was your preference for the bill not to proceed and that you could continue to develop your current programme through innovation and flexibility.
