As part of its consideration of the Transport (Scotland) Bill, the Committee agreed to take into account petition PE1616 by John S Shaw, calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to make it an offence to park in front of a dropped kerb. in its Stage 1 report, the Committee agreed to recommend that such an offence should be introduced by the Bill.
